Bonny Barry

Founder & Director, ARCH, O.K. Corral, and EAL Academy Certified - Also certified in adult and youth mental health first aid. Previous equine specialist with EAGALA.

Sally Perry - President

President - served as Executive Director of the NOCCA Foundation from 1998 until her retirement in 2024, leading major capital campaigns, campus expansion, and program growth for Louisiana’s arts conservatory for high school students. She previously served as Director of Development for the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra.
Sally holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music from LSU and has served on numerous arts and community boards throughout Louisiana. She and her husband, Oley Sassone, reside in Madisonville and enjoy life on the North Shore.

Suzette Hubbell

Vice President - Suzette is a lifelong horse lover who moved to Folsom in 1977, where she enjoyed raising horses and other animals on her family farm. She and her husband, Dennis, have been married for 55 years and now reside in Old Covington.

A Top Producing Realtor for the past 10 years, Suzette previously worked as a surgical nurse and in medical device sales with Johnson & Johnson. She is an active volunteer, Master Gardener, bird enthusiast, and is currently training her standard poodle, Margaux, as a therapy dog. Suzette is proud to support the mission of Equine Reflections.

Pierre Saal

Board Member -
Pierre Saal was born in New Orleans and grew up on the Northshore. After graduating from Metairie Park Country Day School in 1960 and attending Southeastern Louisiana College, he entered the United States Air Force, where he served 24 years on active duty in assignments around the world.

Pierre earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1974, completed Officer Training School in 1975, and earned a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University in 1980. He retired from the Air Force in 1986.

He subsequently lived in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, where he maintained a private practice in the mental health field. In 2014, Pierre returned to his family’s homestead on the Northshore, where he lives along the Bogue Falaya River.

Pierre remains active in the community and enjoys tennis, pickleball, fitness, yoga, and other wellness activities. He attends Christ Episcopal Church in Covington and is committed to serving and contributing to his local community.
